Individualised Living Options (ILO)

Individualised Living Options are NDIS-funded supports that empower individuals with disabilities to choose their living arrangements and design supports tailored to their preferences. ILO funding does not cover housing costs but facilitates:

  • Exploring various living arrangements: Options include living alone, with housemates, or in a host's home.

  • Customising support services: Aligning assistance with personal needs and lifestyle choices.

At Jane’s Care we focus on the Implementation and Monitoring part where we:

  1. Set Up Supports: Establish chosen living arrangements with formal and informal supports.

  2. Customisation: Tailor services to meet daily needs and preferences.

  3. Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly review and adjust supports to suit changing circumstances.

  4. Collaboration: Work with coordinators, providers, and networks to maintain a supportive living situation.

  5. Review: Document progress and adapt arrangements as needed.

Our focus is on promoting independence, choice and community inclusion.
